I really liked making the memes and fails for the EntertainRewind 2022 and then i thought with the other people involved in the event. "What if we make our own Meme / Fail Youtube Channel so we continuing entertaining people with memes and fails?" i thought about this idea about days and then finnaly decided to make it real

efv means Entertainment's Funniest Videos and Central of Memes is our meme channel where i thought "I want to watch memes while working". so yeah Central Of Memes exists because of EMR2022 and because i dont want to get bored at work.
